Golf Genius, RepSpark partner for Golf B2B work

Golf Genius Software will partner with RepSpark Systems to launch a new level of B2B e-commerce wholesale for golf apparel and equipment, a press release says.

Golf Genius is a cloud-based workflow management solution for golf professionals, which aims to streamline golf shop operations and improve communication with members. It helps by automating several processes such as special orders, stock orders, demo club tracking and more.

Meanwhile, RepSpark provides a B2B wholesale e-commerce platform of golf apparel, shoes and accessories. It is used by golf professionals and manufacturers’ representatives to place bulk orders.

The partnership will see companies streamline their operations by integrating their platforms. It will encompass ordering, tracking, delivery, communication with members and invoicing workflow.

The integrated solution will help save time and improve service to members.

“RepSpark is the leading golf B2B wholesale platform,” said Chris Kallmeyer, co-CEO of Golf Genius. “We are always looking for ways to help golf professionals save time and improve service to members. Our partnership with RepSpark is therefore perfectly suited. Together, we will jointly streamline the ordering process from start to finish, from member to golf store to manufacturer and back throughout the delivery process with automated communication with members at every step.

Meanwhile, RepSpark President Meghann Butcher said relationships in the golf community are “paramount” between golf store manufacturers and retailers.

She said the partnership “will provide the ability to manage the entire order workflow and collaborate seamlessly through our shared integration.”

PYMNTS wrote that RepSpark also recently partnered with PGA Golf Exhibitions on B2B e-commerce solutions.

The partnership will be for companies participating in the virtual PGA Merchandise Show, which is the world’s largest annual gathering for the golf industry. In non-pandemic times, it would feature nearly 40,000 industry speaking professionals.

Last year’s event took place on a virtual medium. RepSpark’s Accelerate service helped facilitate business through the virtual showroom. This helped simplify the ordering, transaction and fulfillment processes.
