Kelowna Golf Courses Opening Soon – Kelowna Capital News

Spring is in the air in Kelowna, and with it comes the reopening of local golf courses.

Capital News has contacted a number of pro shops in the area to find out when golfers can get back on the tee.

Kelowna Golf and Country Club

Kelowna’s only private lesson, located in Glenmore, will open March 17. An e-mail will be sent to members.

Black Mountain Golf Club

Black Mountain, nestled in the valley of three large surrounding hills off the highway. 33, said nothing is set in stone yet, but hopes to open the first week of April.

Kelowna Springs Golf Club

Kelowna Springs, located on the northeast end of Kelowna and playing among seven spring-fed lakes, will open in mid-March. A notice will be sent to the public and to members.

Two Eagles Golf Course and Academy

This West Kelowna course, with 19 Okanagan Grill and Bar, opens this Friday, March 11. The shooting range is open.

Predator Ridge Golf Club

Located just outside of Vernon, the 36-hole championship golf course at Predator Ridge is scheduled to open April 8.

Putting course 19 greens

The pinnacle of mini-putting with both a natural-grass putting course and an artificial-turf mini-golf course, 19 Greens is set to open in May.

A number of driving ranges in the area are already open for business, including the Kelowna Golf Center and Driving Range which opened last week.
