A development of over 150 new homes in Lincolnshire has been revealed which will be located close to two 18-hole golf courses. Developer Beal Homes is behind the Thonock Vale project, which will see 158 homes built off The Avenue in Gainsborough.
It will be located close to Thonock Park golf course, with the £37million development taking its name from the nearby facility. Two, three and four bedroom homes will all feature in the new development.
